Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services affirmed ‘AA’ long-term foreign and local currency counterparty credit and financial strength ratings on The Arab Investment and Export Credit Guarantee Corporation (Dhaman) and they revised their outlook on Dhaman to stable from negative.
Standard & Poor’s Rating Services, one of the world’s leading rating agencies, stated in their report that Dhaman’s stand-alone credit profile (SACP) is ‘aa’ reflecting very strong capitalization, exceptional liquidity, an intermediate risk position, and adequate financial flexibility. Their assessment was based on Dhaman’s very strong business risk and strong financial risk profiles, as well as its public policy importance and governance and management expertise as defined by S&P criteria for multilateral and supranational institutions.
